Spinners Cottage stands on its own at the top of the attractive gardens behind Arlington Mill. It is slightly larger than Mill Cottage, with a big well equipped kitchen/breakfast room and a downstairs shower room. The dining room and sitting room are open plan and spacious, with an electric ‘woodburner’ and comfortable seating. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double, one twin), and a bathroom.

Both cottages have use of the brick bar-b-q area within the grounds of Arlington Mill, and have outside seating and patio furniture.
